Garrigue
A perfumer’s blend of salt: wild herbs, flowers and spices accompany the culinary delicacy Fleur de Sel. Wild herbs of thyme, rosemary and savory gathered from the garrigue in southern France; bay leaf, oregano, basil & sage from Provence with green cardamom and rose.
Precious Fleur de Sel sourced from the salt marshes in southern Brittany. Made in collaboration with Epices Roellinger, based in Cancale France, who have been creating culinary spice blends from all over the world for the last 30 years. Lyn worked with the Roellinger family to create her own version of this beautiful everyday delicacy, Fleur de Sel.  Scatter lightly on bread with butter, vegetables & crudités as well as grilled meats & fish.
